Starry Night Butterfly

The night wraps around her tiny body

Stars sprinkle the otherwise clear sky

She is nothing compared to the vast navy blue

A piece of dust in the air

But that is a comfort

To her all that matters is the way her wings catch the soft breeze

Glimmering with a million shades of metallic blue

As she travels under the light of the full moon
